We have recently delivered an Interim FD to a Scandinavian / UK technology business that had a complex but urgent requirement. We had less than 2 weeks to source someone to a role that involved multiple revenue streams, an upcoming series B fundraise, multi-territory revenue and tax issues, a corporate structure change and improvements to reporting for investors. We managed to source 3 strong candidates from our network for interview immediately; all with sector, international and PE/VC experience and the client was able to move on seamlessly with their considerable plans by appointing one of them.
