Interim CEO – Global FinTech

A leading global FinTech business was looking recruit an interim CEO who could start immediately. This assignment was for a minimum of 3 months but was likely to be at least 6 months. The challenge was to find a highly credible candidate who was available for a flexible period of time. It was essential that the interim CEO could maintain good governance and manage risk while also establishing a strong rapport with the management team quickly.
